Targetoid hemosiderotic hemangioma

Targetoid hemosiderotic hemangioma (also known as a "Hobnail hemangioma"[1]) is a cutaneous condition characterized by a central brown or violaceous papule that is surrounded by an ecchymotic halo.[2]: 595
