Thorleif Andresen (born 14 February 1945) is a Norwegian former cyclist. He was born in Enebakk.
He competed at the 1968, 1972 and the 1976 Summer Olympics.[1] He also won the Norwegian National Road Race Championship in 1969 and 1971.[2]
