Tobias Svendsen Foss (born 25 May 1997 in Vingrom) is a Norwegian cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Team Jumbo–Visma.[2]
In July 2019, it was announced that Foss would join UCI WorldTeam Team Jumbo–Visma on a two-year contract from 2020.[3] In August 2019, Foss became the first Norwegian to win the Tour de l'Avenir. In October 2020, he was named in the startlist for the 2020 Giro d'Italia.[4] In 2021 he won the National Championships in the road race and time trial and once again rode the Giro where he placed in the top 10.
