"Two Strong Hearts" is a song written by Andy Hill and Bruce Woolley. Australian singer John Farnham recorded the song and released it as the second single from his album Age of Reason released in 1988.

The song peaked at number 5 on the Australian Kent Music Report singles chart[1] and number 6 on the Australian ARIA Chart singles chart in October 1988.

The song was initially recorded as a duet with Johnny Mathis and Dionne Warwick on Mathis' studio album Once In While released in May of 1988.

At the APRA Music Awards of 1990, the song won the Most Performed Overseas Work award.[2] Lyrically, the singer is singing to another person, saying: "We've got two strong hearts, We stick together like the honey and the bee".
