USS Cincinnati (LCS-20) is an Independence-class littoral combat ship of the United States Navy.[3] She is the fifth ship to be named after Cincinnati, Ohio.[6]

Construction and career[]

Cincinnati was christened on 7 May 2018 by former Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker[7] and commissioned on 5 October 2019.[2] She has been assigned to Littoral Combat Ship Squadron One.[8]
