USS Savannah (LCS-28) will be an Independence-class littoral combat ship of the United States Navy.[2][6] She will be the sixth ship to be named Savannah.[6]
Construction and career[]
Savannah was built in Mobile, Alabama by Austal USA.[7]
Austal delivered Savannah to the Navy, in Mobile on 28 June 2021.[8]
