The House Subcommittee on Nutrition is a subcommittee within the House Agriculture Committee.

It is currently Chaired by Jahanna Hayes of Connecticut and its Ranking Member is Don Bacon of Nebraska.

Jurisdiction[]

The subcommittee is responsible for policies and statutes relating to nutrition, including the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and domestic commodity distribution and consumer initiatives.
