Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNIRAZAK)^[1] was established on 18 December 1997 and is one of the earliest private universities in Malaysia.^[2] The current Chancellor, Tun Ahmad Sarji bin Abdul Hamid has headed the university since 2012. On 1 November 2017, UNIRAZAK was wholly acquired by Yayasan Pelaburan Bumiputera, the foundation that owns the national investment management fund Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB).
