The UCEMA (Universidad del CEMA) is a private university in Buenos Aires, Argentina. UCEMA is a non-profit private organization whose beginning dates back to 1978.
First founded as a research center, Centro de Estudios Macroeconómicos de Argentina, with the objective of contributing to the economic development of the country, the university now offers eleven undergraduate programs, thirteen graduate level programs, and several executive programs. At present, UCEMA has more than 262 faculty members with terminal academic degrees in their fields of study, 6068 alumni and 1179 students.

History[]
In the year 1978, the CEMA (Centro de Estudios Macroeconómicos de Argentina) was founded with the objective of improving the Argentinian economy through the investigation. Back in 1980, the center started the first program called Master in Economy, then in 1987 the Master in Business Administration. In the 1990 decade the Master in Finance, Master in Bank Management and Master in Agribusiness joined the center.
In 1995 the center of studies was transformed in a University Institute, using the previous experience y investigation and teaching, with the same objective of contributing to the developer that the center has had since the beginning. In 1996 the programs of the undergraduate such as Economy and Business Administration were added. Since 1997 the university has had Executive Programs.
In the new century the Department of Political Science was created and started to offer the Master in State Science and then the undergraduate Political Science. Also in that time the University started the PhD in Economy, Business Administration and Finance. In the year 2003 the Engineer Department was created with the Undergraduate Computing Engineer.
The newest programs are the International Relations and Marketing that were added in 2009, Human Resources added in the year 2015 and the last three programs added in 2020; Digital Business, Analytic Business and Finance.
