Uolba (Russian: Уолба) is a rural locality (a selo), the only inhabited locality, and the administrative center of of Tattinsky District in the Sakha Republic, Russia, located 33 kilometers (21 mi) from Ytyk-Kyuyol, the administrative center of the district. Its population as of the 2010 Census was 536,[2][3] of whom 270 were male and 266 female, up from 532 as recorded during the 2002 Census.[1]
