Verneřice (German: Wernstadt) is a town in Děčín District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,200 inhabitants.
Verneřice lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) south-east of Děčín, 19 km (12 mi) east of Ústí nad Labem, and 65 km (40 mi) north of Prague.
