Vernon Vanoy (born December 31, 1946) is a former American football defensive tackle in the National Football League who played for the New York Giants, Green Bay Packers and Houston Oilers.[1] Vanoy played collegiate ball for the University of Kansas before being drafted by New York Giants in the 3rd round of the 1969 NFL Draft. He played professionally in the NFL for 3 seasons and retired in 1973.He also played one season in the Canadian Football League with the 1969 Toronto Argonauts. [2]
