Vietnam Enterprise Investments Limited (LSEVEIL) is a closed-end investment trust managed by Dragon Capital It is invested in listed equity on the Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi stock exchanges in Vietnam. Established in 1995, and listed on the LSE, the fund is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index with a net asset value of US$2.3bn (unaudited May 2020).[1][2] The chairman is Stanley Chou.[3]

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is the largest shareholder, owning 11.3% of the company,[4] followed by City of London Investment Group, which owns a 10% stake.[5]
