Vimala Venkatappa Gowda (1952 – 17 April 2017) was an Indian politician who was the Deputy chairman of Karnataka Legislative Council from 17 January 2011 to 17 October 2014 and Member of Karnataka Legislative Council 18 June 2006 to 17 April 2017 (term is end on 17 June 2018 and but she is died, due to heart attack).[2][3][4] She died due to suffering a heart attack 2017.[5]
