Wheel of Fortune and Fantasy (偶然と想像, Gūzen to Sōzō, lit. "coincidence and imagination") is a 2021 Japanese anthology romantic drama film written and directed by Ryusuke Hamaguchi. The film stars , Kiyohiko Shibukawa, and as the lead actresses of each of the anthology's three segements.[1]

The film had its world premiere at the 71st Berlin International Film Festival on March 4, 2021.[1] It won the Silver Bear Grand Jury Prize.

Release[]

On February 11, 2021, the Berlin International Film Festival announced that the film would have its worldwide premiere at the 71st festival in the Berlinale Competition section, in March 2021.[3][4] It was also selected in 'Gala Presentation' section at 26th Busan International Film Festival and will be screened in the festival.[5]
