The 46th Assembly District of Wisconsin is one of 99 districts in the Wisconsin State Assembly.[3] Located in south-central Wisconsin, the district comprises municipalities in eastern Dane County, including the cities of Sun Prairie and Stoughton, and the village of Cottage Grove. The district also contains Lake Kegonsa State Park.[4] The district is represented by Democrat Gary Hebl, since January 2005.[5]

The 46th Assembly district is located within Wisconsin's 16th Senate district, along with the 47th and 48th Assembly districts.[6]
