Xinghai County (simplified Chinese: 兴海县; traditional Chinese: 興海縣; pinyin: Xīnghǎi Xiàn; Tibetan: བྲག་དཀར་རྫོང་།, Wylie: brag dkar rdzong) is county under the jurisdiction of Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, in the east-central part of Qinghai Province, People's Republic of China
