Yufle

Yufle is a town in the Sanaag region of Somaliland.[1][2] The town is 178km southwest of Erigavo, the provincial capital of the region.[3]

In November 2016, the Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Somaliland visited Yufle.[4]

Demographics[]

According to a book written in 1952, Yufle was home well (hometown) in a normal dry season for Musa Ismail of Habar Yoonis and Ogadyahen Siad of Dhulbahante[5]

The town is primarily inhabited by the Biciide sub-division of the Habar Jeclo Isaaq clan.[citation needed]
