Šafov (German: Schaffa) is a village and municipality (obec) in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 9.49 square kilometres (3.66 sq mi), and has a population of 174 (as at 28 August 2006).

Šafov lies approximately 23 kilometres (14 mi) west of Znojmo, 75 km (47 mi) south-west of Brno, and 166 km (103 mi) south-east of Prague.
