Citonice (German: Edmitz) is a village and municipality (obec) in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 8.95 square kilometres (3.46 sq mi), and has a population of 534 (as at 28 August 2006).

Citonice lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north-west of Znojmo, 59 km (37 mi) southwest of Brno, and 175 km (109 mi) southeast of Prague.
