Hluboké Mašůvky (German: Tief Maispitz) is a village and municipality (obec) in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 12.83 square kilometres (4.95 sq mi), and had a population of 703 as at 28 August 2006.

Hluboké Mašůvky lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) north of Znojmo, 53 km (33 mi) south-west of Brno, and 173 km (107 mi) south-east of Prague.
