The 10th Critics' Choice Television Awards ceremony, presented by the Broadcast Television Journalists Association (BTJA), honored the best in primetime television programming from 2019, and was held on January 12, 2020, at the Barker Hangar at the Santa Monica Airport in Santa Monica, California.[1] It was broadcast on The CW, alongside the film awards, with Taye Diggs hosting.[2]

The nominations were announced on December 8, 2019. HBO led with 33 nominations, followed by Netflix with 31.[3]
