The 1945–46 season was Real Madrid Club de Fútbol's 43rd season in existence and the club's 14th consecutive season in the top flight of Spanish football.

The club finished on a decent 4th spot in League five points below Champions Sevilla CF[1] under management of Jacinto Quincoces[2] The squad reached the 1946 Copa del Generalísimo Final after defeated Alcoyano[3] and clinched its eighth Cup title after defeated Valencia CF[4] thanks to Sabino Barinaga and 2 goals of Pruden.[5]
