The 1994 Fresno State Bulldogs football team represented California State University, Fresno[note 1] during the 1994 NCAA Division I-A football season as a member of the Western Athletic Conference (WAC). The team was led by head coach Jim Sweeney, in his seventeenth year, and they played their home games at Bulldog Stadium in Fresno, California. They finished the 1994 season with a record of five wins, seven losses and one tie (5–7–1, 3–4–1 WAC).
