The World Allround Speed Skating Championships for Men took place on 11 and 12 February 1995 in Baselga di Pinè at the Ice Rink Pinè.
Title holder was the Norwegian Johann Olav Koss.
From 1996 onward, the men's and women's World Allround Speed Skating Championships are to take place on the same days and at the same venue.
