The 2012 UC Davis Aggies football team represented the University of California, Davis in the 2012 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They were led by 20th year head coach Bob Biggs and played their home games at Aggie Stadium. This was their first year as a member of the Big Sky Conference. They finished the season 4–7, 3–5 in Big Sky play to finish in a three-way tie for eighth place.
