The 2010 UC Davis football team represented the University of California, Davis in the 2010 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They competed in the Great West Conference (GWC).

The 2010 Aggies were led by head coach Bob Biggs in his eighteenth year and played home games at Aggie Stadium. UC Davis finished the season with a record of six wins and five losses (6–5, 3–1 GWC). The Aggies were outscored by their opponents 233–295 for the season.
