The 2018–19 Liga IV Iași was the 51st season of the Liga IV Iași, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The season began on 19 August 2018[1] and concluded on 9 June 2019. crowned as county champion.[2][3]

Hușana Huși promoted to 2019–20 Liga III. Moldova Cristești does not have C.I.S. (Certificate of Sports Identity) and was excluded from promotion play-off by the Romanian Football Federation.[5]
