The 2018–19 Liga IV Satu Mare was the 51st season of the Liga IV Satu Mare, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The season began on 24 August 2018 and ended on 8 June 2019. Satu Mare win the title and qualify to promotion play-off in Liga III.[1]

Competition format[]

The league consists of 37 teams divided into three series. Tur-Talna Zone and Someș Zone with 12 teams and Crasna Zone with 13 teams. The winners of each series qualify to the final four. The teams ranked 2nd in each series qualify for the tournament play-off, and the winner will qualify for the final four.
