The 2018–19 Liga IV Mehedinți was the 51st season of the Liga IV Mehedinți, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The season began on 1 September 2018[1] and ended on 2 June 2019.[2] crowned as county champion and qualify to promotion play-off in Liga III.[3][4]
