The 2020 IIHF Women's World Championship Division II was an international ice hockey tournament run by the International Ice Hockey Federation.

The Group A tournament would have been held in Granada, Spain from 29 March to 4 April and the Group B tournament was held in Akureyri, Iceland from 23 to 29 February 2020.[1]

On 2 March 2020, the Group A tournament was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.[2]

Australia won the Group B tournament and were originally promoted, while Ukraine were relegated.[3] However, that promotion was rescinded due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
