The 2021 Amber Valley Borough Council elections took place on 6 May 2021 to elect members of Amber Valley Borough Council in Derbyshire, England. One third of the council was up for election, and the Conservatives won overall control of the council from Labour.

These seats were due to have been contested in 2020, but the elections were delayed by a year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
