The 2021 Martyr's Memorial C-Division League season was the 2021 edition of the third-tier club football competition in Nepal. The season started on 14 March[1][2] and ended on 14 April 2021. Church Boys United were crowned as league winners for the first time in the club's history.

Teams[]

A total of 14 teams compete in the league, including 11 sides from the 2019 season[3] and three new sides, who qualified via the Martyr's Memorial C-Division League Qualifier in 2019.[4][5] As there was no relegation or promotion in the previous season, there were no other team changes.

Relegation Play-offs[]

The bottom teams of each group play a relegation play-off, the loser of which is relegated into the qualification round for the next edition of the Martyr's Memorial 'C' Division League while the winner stays in the league.[8]

Super Six[]

The top three teams from both groups were qualified for the Super Six stage of the competition, the top three teams of which will be promoted to Martyr's Memorial B-Division League. Scores and points from matches, that already took place in the group stage, were carried over into the final stage table.[9]
