The 2022 Superbike World Championship will be the 35th season of the Superbike World Championship. Toprak Razgatlıoğlu will come into the season the defending world champion.

Team GoEleven announced the signing of Philipp Öttl, who moves from the Supersport World Championship.^[4]
Hafizh Syahrin switches from Moto2 to WorldSBK with MIE Honda Racing.
Tarran Mackenzie (2021 British Superbike champion) is expecting to participate in three wildcard events at Donington Park, Assen, and a third circuit to be confirmed,^[13]riding a factory Yamaha instead of his usual McAMS British-specification superbike.^[14]
