The 2022 World Snooker Championship (also referred to as the 2022 Betfred World Championship for sponsorship purposes) is an upcoming professional snooker tournament that will be held from 16 April to 2 May 2022, at the Crucible Theatre, Sheffield, England.[1]

Mark Selby is the defending champion, having defeated Shaun Murphy 18–15 in the 2021 final.[2]
