Abdoulaye Samake (born 7 October 1996) is a professional footballer who plays as a defender for Pacific FC.

Early life[]

Samake was born in Bamako, Mali and moved to Canada at age four, where he was raised in Ottawa, Ontario.[1]

Club career[]

FC Montreal[]

On 30 July 2015, Samake signed for Montreal Impact reserve side FC Montreal in the United Soccer League, but failed to make an appearance.[2]

University of Michigan[]

On 20 May 2016, Samake committed to the University of Michigan, where he went on to make 54 appearances over four years.[1][3]

While at college, Samake played for USL PDL side Chicago FC United, making six appearances in 2016 and ten in 2017, scoring one goal.[4]

Pacific FC[]

On 21 February 2020, Samake signed with Canadian Premier League side Pacific FC.[5]
