Andromeda is a 36-story real estate development on Pratumnak Hill in Pattaya, Thailand. The project was developed by the Apus Development Group,[1] a newcomer to east coast real estate development.[2] It comprises 216 freehold residential condominiums and was topped out in July 2019 and completed in December 2019.[3] Andromeda was designed by KTGY Inter-Associates.

Andromeda is one of the tallest buildings outside the capital of Bangkok and, as of 2021, with a height of 143 metres (469 ft), the 20th tallest building in Pattaya. It was recognized at the 12th PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards in 2017 for pioneering developers.[4]

History[]

Andromeda was built on the foundation of a previously introduced high-rise development, The Touch.[5][6]

Design[]

Andromeda is a typical reinforced concrete apartment building with a contemporary appearance in the modernist architecture of Thailand.[citation needed]
