Anomalocarida is an extinct clade of Radiodonta, a group of stem-group arthropods. It was erected by Vinther et al. (2014), consisting of the most recent common ancestor of Anomalocaris canadensis, Hurdia victoria, Tamisiocaris borealis, Amplectobelua symbrachiata, and Paranomalocaris multisegmentalis. [1]
