Bakov nad Jizerou (German: Backofen an der Iser) is a town in Mladá Boleslav District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 5,100 inhabitants. It is situated halfway between Mladá Boleslav and Mnichovo Hradiště, on the Jizera river.
