Němčice is a village and municipality in Mladá Boleslav District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It is located 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) south of Mladá Boleslav and 46 kilometres (29 mi) northeast of Prague.

The municipality covers an area of 2.92 square kilometres (1.13 sq mi) and as of 2006 it had a population of 159.
