Barcie [ˈbart͡ɕe] (German: Thewelkehmen)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Dubeninki, within Gołdap County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, it is close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.[2] It lies approximately 2 kilometres (1 mi) east of Dubeninki, 19 km (12 mi) east of Gołdap, and 148 km (92 mi) east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
