Bartholomeus Adrianus Wilhelmus "Bart" Snels (born 6 January 1966) is a Dutch economist and politician. Since 2017 he has been an MP for GroenLinks.[1]

In 2020, Snels received international media attention when he proposed an “exit tax” on Unilever to prevent it from unifying its dual headquarters in London. The tax would in theory amount to around 11 billion euro ($13 billion).[2]

Snels was born in Roosendaal.
