Ben (Persian: بن, also Romanized as Bain and Ban)[2] is a city in the Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province and the capital of, Ben County, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 11,699, in 3,141 families.[3] The city is populated by Turkic people with a small Persian minority.[4]
