Farsan (Persian: فارسان, also Romanized as Fārsān; also known as Fārsā, Fārsīān, and Farsūn)[2] is a city and capital of Farsan County, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province, Iran. At the 2016 census, its population was 30,504, in 8,400 families.[3] The city is populated by Lurs.[4]
