Bugrasi is a town and a nagar panchayat in Bulandshahr district in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. Its Chairman is Arif Saeed Khan. Bugrasi is about 8 km (5.0 mi) from Siyana market and 4 km (2.5 mi) from the Ganges (Ganga) river.

As of 2011 India census,[1] Bugrasi had a population of 14,992. Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%. Bugrasi has an average literacy rate of 45%, lower than the national average of 59.5%; with male literacy of 57% and female literacy of 32%. 19% of the population is under 6 years of age.
