Calymmanthium is a monotypic genus of primitive tree-like cacti from northern Peru. The only species is Calymmanthium substerile. It belongs to the tribe Lymanbensonieae.

Diploperianthium F.Ritter (nom. inval.) has been brought into synonymy with this genus.
