Camelford (Cornish: Reskammel)[1] is an electoral division of Cornwall in the United Kingdom and returns one member to sit on Cornwall Council. The current Councillor is Rob Rotchell, a Liberal Democrat and the Portfolio Holder for Adults on the council.[2]

Extent[]

Camelford covers the town of Camelford, the villages of Davidstow, St Clether and Tremaine, and the hamlets of Trewalder, Lanteglos, Castlegoff, Tramagenna, Helstone, Trewen, Valley Truckle, Trevia, Tregoodwell, Trewassa, Hallworthy, Tremail, Treglasta, Cold Northcott, Treneglos, Splatt, Three Hammers and Tresmeer. The hamlet of Newhall Green is shared with the St Teath and St Breward division and the settlement of Slaughterbridge is shared with the Tintagel division.[3] The division covers 1,431 hectares in total.[4]
