The Col. Elijah Sterling Clack Robertson Plantation is a Southern plantation with a historic house located in Salado, Texas, USA. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since April 5, 1983.[2] The house was built by Robertson in the late 1850s, with construction of the main house being completed in 1960. The mansion's metal roof was obtained from Houston, and local limestone was used to build the kitchen, the stable, and the slave quarters.[3] In 1936, the plantation was listed in the Historic American Buildings Survey and given a Texas Centennial Marker. In 1967, the plantation became a Texas Historic Landmark.[4]
