Production[]

In September 2020, producer and star Millie Bobby Brown and director Harry Bradbeer acknowledged their intentions to develop a sequel to Enola Holmes.[3] Brown said she thought only about making the first film until she was on set, then she loved playing the character and said it would be a dream to do it again.[4]

In April 2021, a sequel was confirmed to be in development, with Brown and Cavill reprising their roles.[5] In May 2021, the project was officially confirmed by Netflix.[6][7] Brown was reportedly paid $10 million for her role.[8]

Production and filming began in Autumn 2021.[9] Scenes were filmed in Hull in October 2021.[10][11]

Cavill wrapped filming in November 2021.[12] Filming concluded on January 7, 2022.[13]
