In Greek mythology, Epiphron(/ˈɛ.pɪ.frɒn/ (Ancient Greek: Επιφρων[pronunciation?] means 'prudence, care') was the daimon or spirit of prudence, shrewdness, thoughtfulness, carefulness, and sagacity. According to Hyginus, Epiphron was the son of Erebus (Darkness) and Nyx (Night).[2]
